Home is where the heart is
“Spending my childhood in a hotel since the age of 9, I have witnessed every aspect of the employees’ daily operation, from the arrival of guests at the reception, to the breakfast service in the restaurant. It’s a never-ending cycle as guests return back to the hotel for their next visit.”
This experience planted the seed of my dream, to see smiles on customers’ face when they exited the hotel. It has also taught me that user-centered perspective is more than providing n one time satisfactory service; it’s an iterative process.
Who am I?

UX Pacer
“In marathons, the role of a Pacer is not to coach but a company to the runners. We identify ourselves as a Pacer instead of a teacher role because we hope to be a friend to the people who just started or want to a career in UX. We want to record our learnings and experiences and share that information throughout our journey in UW HCDE, CMU HCI, Umich HCI, Georgia Tech HCI.”
I am one of the co-founders and editor of the publication - UX Pacer
